NWA IIBA Chapter Kick-Off Meeting Tonight

I wanted let everyone know about the meeting tonight to form a Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Institute of Business Analysis.  The Institute of Business Analysis was formed in October 2003 and is the independent non-profit professional association serving the growing field of business analysis. 

Get involved in the formation of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the IIBA, the meeting is July 21st, 2008 and will be held to at the First Baptist Church Of Springdale from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.


The Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the IIBA hopes to provide local members and those who are interested in becoming members the following:

  • Opportunity to learn more about the IIBA
  • Ability to network peers
  • Information on how you can influence and contribute to the BA profession.
  • Opportunity to learn and share best practices

Getting Started

The kick-off meeting provides an opportunity to ask questions about the IIBA and chapter formation and determine if we have at least 15 IIBA members or potential members who are interested in forming a new chapter.


7:30-7:45 PM – Networking
7:45-7:55 PM – IIBA President greeting
7:55-8:05 PM – Introduction of the IIBA and 2008 objectives
8:05-8:20 PM – Formation of a NW Arkansas chapter
8:20-8:30 PM – Q&A and wrap up
